All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Upon order completion, customers will receive an order confirmation email.

Fish Mox Supply ships via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground services. Standard delivery timeframes are:

- Transit: 2-5 business days
- Total delivery time: 3-5 business days from order completion

After the final attempt, packages may be held at the local postal facility or carrier location for customer pickup, or returned to Fish Mox Supply's warehouse. Rural and Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote locations may require 1-2 additional business days beyond standard transit times.
International Shipping
Fish Mox Supply currently ships only within the United States and its territories. International shipping is not available at this time.
